The AGRC provides high quality, evidence-based publications and resources to increase the capacity and capability of policy-makers, researchers, and professionals working in the sector to reduce gambling related harm.

Responsible for setting policy, regulations, determining the suitability of gaming employees and entities, issuing licenses, administrating gaming revenues deposited into the Indian Gaming Special Distribution Fund, and the trustee over the revenues deposited into the Indian Gaming Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, and administering the Gambling Control Act and the Tribal-State Gaming Compacts.

The Gambling Commission was set up under the Gambling Act 2005 to regulate commercial gambling in Great Britain in partnership with licensing authorities

Leads the development of responsible gambling strategy and public policy advice to the NSW Government and supports and manages the Responsible Gambling Fund, Clubgrants Category 3 and Community Development Fund.
